Rights issue

In October 2016, Platzer entered an agreement with subsidiaries of Volvo Group Real Estate relating to the acquisition of Artosa, a portfolio of real estates situated in the districts Arendal, Torslanda and Säve in Gothenburg. The real estates are acquired at a value of approximately SEK 2.8 billion which is aimed to be partly financed through a share issue with pre-emptive rights for the shareholders as further set out below.
