Owning and managing property is very capital intensive and our properties make up a significant value. The choice of capital structure and financing is very important and we therefore strive to achieve an attractive division of our own capital and loan financing to balance the risk. The aim is for our borrowing exposure not to exceed 50 percent over time. Platzer's financial operations are regulated by the company's finance policy which is confirmed each year by the Board of Directors. The company's creditors chiefly comprise the large Nordic banks, capital markets financing via Svensk Fastighets Finansiering (SFF) and Platzer's commercial paper programme.
We consider that sustainability is a natural part of our operations and condition for economic growth. During recent years the proportion of green financing has increased and at the end of the third quarter 2024 amounted to 65%. Our long-term goal is for 100% of our financing to be green. As part of this work Platzer has developed a Green Debt Framework. Using the green framework we want to achieve a wider investor base, increased green collaboration with our financiers as well as committed and proud employees.

Platzer also has a Green Equity Framework and is one of the first companies in Sweden to receive the Nasdaq Green Equity Designation for its equity.
