Platzer’s shares have been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since November 2013.
The company’s share price as at 31 December 2024 was SEK 85.70 per share (84.20), corresponding to a market capitalisation of SEK 10,268 million (10,088) based on the number of outstanding shares. A total of 30.8 million (24.1) shares, worth a total of SEK 2,767 million (1,822), changed hands in the period. Average daily turnover was 122,800 (96,000) shares. The number of shareholders as at 31 December was 6,113 (6,296). Foreign ownership amounted to 18.0% (14.0) of share capital.

Platzer share receives Nasdaq Green Equity Designation
Platzer Fastigheter is one of the first companies in Sweden to receive the Nasdaq Green Equity Designation for its share. In order to qualify, green activities must account for more than 50% of sales and a majority of investments. The evaluation of Platzer, which was performed by CICERO Shades of Green, shows that 88% of rental income, 88% of operating costs and 96% of investments are green.
