Our material sustainability issues

To achieve our vision and make Gothenburg the best city in Europe to work in, we need to focus on the right issues. In terms of our sustainability work, we do this by identifying the sustainability issues where we have the biggest impact and the issues where stakeholders have high expectations of us. Read more about our stakeholder dialogue on pages 21–23. In the reporting period we carried out an analysis of our sustainability reporting and of standards such as GRI Standards and EPRA Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations Guidelines. The outcome of the analysis was that we have supplemented our sustainability reporting with the following issues:

• Diversity and inclusion
• Certification of properties
• Local community

Compared with the previous year, we have also moved to the new GRI standards Waste 2020, Water and Effluents 2018 and Occupational Health and Safety 2018.
