Period January–June 2026 Rental income was unchanged and amounted to SEK 873 million. Operating surplus declined by 1% to SEK 688 million. Income from property management increased by 2% to SEK 409 million. Income from property management per share increased by 4% to SEK 3.47 per share. Net lettings amounted to SEK 54 million.
