Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) revised on January 23, 2025 Platzer’s outlook to stable, affirmed BBB- long term issuer rating and raised unsecured issue rating to BBB-. 

Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) affirmed on June 14, 2024 Platzer’s BBB- long term issuer rating with negative outlook. 

Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) affirmed on October 25 2023 Platzer’s long-term issuer credit rating BBB-. However, the outlook is revised from stable to negative.

Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) affirmed on June 9 2023 Platzer’s long-term issuer credit rating BBB- with stable outlook.

Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) affirmed on June 3 2022 Platzer’s long-term issuer credit rating BBB- with stable outlook.

On 28th June, Platzer Fastigheter published an investment grade rating from the credit rating institution Nordic Credit Rating (NCR). The credit rating is BBB- with stable prospects. 

On September 14th NCR assigned Platzer a “BB+” senior unsecured debt rating, which was in line with the previous published report, and confirmed Platzer’s Long term issuer credit rating “BBB- stable outlook”.
