Interim Report Jan-Mar 2014

The shareholders of Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB (publ), corporate identity no. 556746-6437, are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 24 April 2014 at 3 pm at Gothia Towers, Hotel Gothia, Mässans gata 24, Gothenburg, Sweden. Admission to the Annual General Meeting is from 2.15 pm, when coffee will be served.

Registration, etc.

You are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting of Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB if you are registered as a shareholder in the share register kept by Euroclear Sweden AB on 16 April 2014 and have registered your attendance at the Annual General Meeting with the company no later than 16 April 2014, preferably before 4 pm. Registration must be sent by post to Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB, attention: Agneta Meier, Box 211, SE-401 23 Gothenburg, or be made by phone on +46 (0)31 – 63 12 00 or be sent by email to [email protected], or be made via the company's website at www.platzer.se. The registration should include the shareholder's name, personal identity number or corporate identity number, address and phone number, the name and personal identity number of any proxy and the number of assistants, if any (maximum two).

Shareholders that are represented by a proxy must issue a written, dated power of attorney for the proxy. A power of attorney form is available on the company's website at www.platzer.se. If the power of attorney is issued by a legal entity, a certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or equivalent qualification document is also required.

The original power of attorney, the certificate of incorporation and other qualification documents must be available at the Meeting and should be sent to the company at the above address no later than 16 April 2014 to facilitate admission to the Meeting. The power of attorney may not be older than one year unless it specifies that it is valid for longer, although no more than five years.

Shareholders that have had their shares registered in the name of a nominee must, if they wish to be entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting, have the shares registered in their own name with Euroclear Sweden AB by the nominee so that they are registered in the share register on 16 April 2014. Such registration may be temporary.
